Integration of the Simple Ordering service with the OpenVPMS application.
This includes:

1. Supplier configuration:
   • add indicator to specify that a supplier supports ESCI
   • add support to configure SOAP URLs and authentication details of the supplier's services
2. Ordering Workspace.
   • Sending of orders to ESCI enabled suppliers occurs automatically when an order is finalised.
     If the order cannot be sent, then the act status is reset to IN_PROGRESS
3. Message notification of OrderResponse
   • When an OrderResponse is received, a message (act.systemMessage) will be created for the user that created the order, and a link added to the corresponding order
     The link enables the user to view the order in the order workspace.
4. New Message indicator
   • When a user receives an act.*Message, a 'new message' indicator will be displayed. Clicking on this indicator will take the user to the message in the Messaging workspace
