Description

You are able to add appointments where the patient selected is not associated with the selected customer using the following steps:
1. User is working in OpenVPMS and has a customer selected in the customer module.
2. User logs out back to the OpenVPMS log in screen.
3. User logs back in.
4. Makes appointment. NEW, enters customer surname, ENTER, if you now click on the binoculars next to the patient name field it will present you with the list of patients belonging to the customer who was selected in the customer module BEFORE you logged out and logged back in.

When you log back in there is no customer selected - but it is recalling this from somewhere. You have to follow this exact series of steps to replicate this. Once you have selected a customer within your second session it will no longer pick up this incorrect patient link.

Can't reproduce this in 1.3.

When you click on the Logout button at the top-right of the screen, the context is cleared (via ContextApplicationInstance.clearContext())
There is no data kept from the previous session when the user logs back in.
