Charging using product templates sets incorrect fixed price

Description

Whe expanding templates in customer charge and estimations, fixed prices are added to products that do not have fixed prices attached.

User evidence and some testing suggests that the fixed price incorrectly entered belongs to the first product processed that has a fixed price and is entered to any product without a fixed price that is processed after this product.
