Description
If you add a new lookup that is restricted by a source lookup relationship the lookup will not appear in the restricted list until after the web application server has been restarted.
Two examples of this are breeds and suburbs.
Obviously this occurs as the lookup relationships are not being updated in the lookup cache after a lookup is created or edited.
Resolved as a consequence of the fix for
