Deleting a template in Administration ->Templates causes the following error:

Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`openvpms/document_acts`, CONSTRAINT `FK5E78FAC592203729` FOREIGN KEY (`document_id`) REFERENCES `documents` (`document_id`))
