Description

New pom.xml file tested with newest version of Eclipse with Maven integration.

I've applied your pom, with the following changes:

1. added support to run unit tests
2. pared back the dependency list, as many are inherited from framework, archetypes, and reports
3. added dummy poms for 3rd party dependencies in the openvpms repository
4. added generation of version information

Note that this is still experimental.
